Must be quite exciting to see something like that approaching upon you in the rear view mirror. However, it would appear there’s some inconsistency in the image: instead of a cruel Rottweiler or a Pit-Bull, or a German Shepherd at least, the truck’s figurehead depicts a small, kind dog resembling Droopy. Not scary at all!
