There is a renovation project going at the San Jose airport and, among other things, they have installed nice new monitors at each gate.
When I saw those, I initially thought, “Oh, so now they show the actual plane that is going to fly us. How neat!”. Then, however, I realized that the pictured craft looks “a little” bigger than what typically flies between San Jose and Los Angeles (300 miles). And yes, the actual plane was somewhat smaller:
Not that I was severely disappointed but still, why not show the actual plane? I think that would be quite cool and requires very little effort – this is the Silicon Valley, after all.
